Justin Timberlake on Jimmy Fallon doing the History of rap and they are epic! – MTE Pop Culture

Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon do an epic Rap montage

Love him or hate him, you can not deny that Justin Timberlake is a funny guy. I personally fall more on the love him side of the coin. But I didn’t always. There were two things that won me over to the Justin Timberlake band wagon.

1) Sexy Back by Justin Timberlake

I. DO. NOT. UNDERSTAND. MY. OBSESSION! I can not help but love this song. I love it, its so bad though. It is such ridiculous pop music that I cannot help but let that beat go.

2)Lonely Island featuring Justin Timberlake

Anyone that can laugh at themselves this much is OK in my book. If you have not seen this video I will recap this as eloquently as possible.

In a seemly avoidable turn of events following a tragically misinterpreted gift box, our two protagonists are left in the unfortunate situation of being left empty handed on the most hollowed days; Mothers Day. This is when inspiration hits. Both of them, being inclined towards the dance of the horizontal tango, come up with an idea so powerfully insightful that they can be viewed as the modern day equivalents of Mozart, Da Vinci, or even Socrates. If each one were to go and… bed… the others maternal guardian they could resolve their current dilemma, by playing to their greatest of strengths, their perceived sexual prowess. In a convenient plot device both women have been suffering unfulfilled lives, devoid of the carnal pleasures. Throwing aside conventional societal norms, they decide that this will be the most fruitful course of action to undertake. As the story progresses, we discover that this idea has been born from a place of true brotherly attachment, and compassion for one another. Perhaps this can be attributed to the untimely demise of both of their fathers. This seems to be confirmed as they go on to proclaim that they will both, simultaneously, assume the role of the others departed fathers, through the act of eloquent love making… with each other’s mom.

There you have it, those are the two reasons that I love Justin Timberlake.

Best regards,
B.G. Carter

PS. I’m not sure I’ve come around on Michael Bolton yet… even though though this video is ridiculous.
Micheal Boulton
